If you are a trademark owner (or an authorized agent of a trademark owner), and believe that your trademark may have been used improperly by an advertiser, we first encourage you to reach out to the advertiser to resolve your dispute directly with them, as Branch is not in a position to mediate such disputes. In addition to directly contacting the advertiser, you may also submit a complaint for Branch’s investigation by contacting trademark-complaint@branch.io. Branch will then follow up with you regarding next steps.
